Getting my refund from Techwear Club was a whole little adventure, and not the fun kind. It took way longer than it should have, and support was about as helpful as you’d expect from a brick wall. I had to keep chasing them for updates, because apparently that’s part of the customer experience now. Definitely not ordering from them again

I thought this looked really cool in the photos, and the style is definitely nice in person too. But once I actually wore it, it wasn’t as comfortable as I expected. The jacket felt stiff, and the pants got tight when I sat down. I also wish the instructions or sizing details had been clearer, because I might’ve chosen differently. It’s not terrible, but for the price, I was hoping it would be easier to wear for a full day

"Kind of repetitive designs"
I was really hoping to see a bit more variety, but a lot of the pieces looked similar to me. Lots of black, lots of straps, and the same general cuts over and over. Not a huge deal if that’s your style, I guess, but if you’re looking for actual variety, it starts to feel boring quickly

I ordered from techwearclub.com thinking it would show up in a normal amount of time, but the shipping was painfully slow. The worst part was how little clear info I got, and it felt like there was no human contact at all, just automated stuff and a tracking page that barely changed.
The item did finally arrive and it was fine, so I can’t really complain about the product itself. But waiting that long with no real person to talk to was frustrating, and I’d probably only order again if I absolutely wasn’t in a hurry

"Not at all what I expected"
I was disappointed when this showed up. I kept looking back at the photos like, wait, did I order the same thing? Because it really didn’t look like what was pictured, and then the sizing felt off too, and even the fabric wasn’t what the description made it sound like. It just kind of felt misleading overall, which is frustrating because I was actually excited for it. I don’t think I’d order from here again...

"International Shipping Has Been Disappointing"
I’m still waiting for my order after several weeks, and it’s getting a bit ridiculous. I understand international shipping can take time, but this has been a frustrating experience so far. At this point, it kind of feels like a joke

"Sizing is all over the place"
I ordered two pairs of pants in the exact same size, and somehow they fit completely differently. One was way too tight, and the other was kind of loose, so I don’t know what size I’m supposed to order from them. The quality seems decent enough, but the sizing is so inconsistent that it makes me hesitant to buy again. Returning one pair was also a hassle, especially having to wait in a long queue just to get it sorted out. Frustrating overall

I got the tracking info after a few days, and it updated without any real issues. The package showed up close to the estimated date, so I’m guessing everything was moving along normally behind the scenes. Overall, nothing major to complain about

"Runs smaller than I expected"
I really wanted to like this jacket, but the sizing felt off to me. It fit much smaller than I was expecting, and I kept wondering if I had ordered the wrong size. I’d definitely suggest double-checking the size chart or sizing up if you’re unsure.

"Looks nice, but not great on mobile"
The site has a cool look, but shopping on my phone was frustrating. Compared to other stores I usually order from, this one felt a lot harder to navigate. The filters kept resetting, pages took a while to load, and checkout was kind of confusing. I also had to hunt around for the size chart and almost gave up before finding it

"Hard to get a straight answer..."
The communication was frustrating. I messaged a couple times about my order, but the replies I got were super short and didn’t really answer my questions. I felt like I had to keep following up just to get basic info... which isn’t great when you’ve already paid. I wouldn’t order from them again.

"Looks more cosplay than techwear"
I thought some of the pieces looked cool on the site, but once they showed up, the whole vibe felt a little fake and generic, more like cosplay than actual techwear. Not really what I was expecting. Shipping was fine, so no complaints there, but the constant reminders to review and follow up were kind of annoying and way too aggressive

I’m still waiting for my delivery and it never showed up. I get that delays can happen depending on the day or how busy things are, but at this point it’s frustrating not knowing what’s going on.

I tried ordering twice and both times my size was already gone. The frustrating part is the site still had me clicking through like it might be available, which felt like a waste of time. Just a heads up to others: if you see your size in stock, don’t wait too long, because it seems to disappear quickly

I was disappointed when this arrived because the color looked different from the pictures, and some of the details weren’t the same either. I wasn’t sure if I got the wrong item or if that’s just how it actually looks, and the next steps for dealing with it weren’t very clear, which made it even more frustrating.
